Gail brings more than 20 years of experience across hospitality, gaming, compliance and workplace health and safety. Her background includes venue management, gaming operations, AML/CTF compliance, WHS support, team leadership and multi-venue management.

With extensive knowledge of gaming compliance requirements, venue operations and risk management, Gail works closely with clients to deliver practical, tailored solutions that support compliance, safety and business performance.

Holding an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Cert IV in Work Health & Safety and numerous industry accreditations, Gail is passionate about helping businesses navigate complex regulatory requirements with confidence.

Known for her collaborative and hands-on approach, Gail believes the best outcomes are achieved by working alongside clients as an extension of their team.
